We generalize the skew Howe dualities $(\mathfrak{so}_{2\nu}, \mathrm{O}(\ell))$ and $(\mathfrak{so}_{2\nu+1},\mathrm{Pin}(\ell))$ to the toroidal Lie algebra and vertex algebra setups.
