fastest way to obtain them is by sending your order directly to

Verlag by mail, fax or email. Invoices are issued in Euro, but we are pleased to
state them in any convertible currency you wish - just let us know. If you
ask for a proforma invoice first you can see precisely how much a book will
cost in your currency and how much air mail shipment would cost additionally.
Payments in foreign currencies will be credited at the current rate of exchange.
We accept cheques issued in any convertible currency drawn on any bank.
