[Abstract-pdf]

This article is concerned with the existence result of the unilateral problem associated to the equations of the type $$Au - \operatorname{div}\phi (u) = f \in L^1(\Omega),$$ where $A$ is a Leray-Lions operator having a growth not necessarily of polynomial type and $\phi\in C^0({\Bbb{R}}, {\Bbb{R}}^N)$.

Keywords: Orlicz Sobolev spaces, boundary value problems, truncations, unilateral problems.
