Quadratic Envelope of the Category of Class Two Nilpotent Groups

Using quadratic maps we define a category Niq with objects class two nilpotent groups. Hom's in this category are groups and we investigate functoriality the properties of this group. The classification problem in Niq is reduced to a certain linear problem.
